BETHANY S. MANDELL

Bee Mandell has practiced immigration law since 1996, working with both employment and family based immigration matters.

In the employment based immigration arena, Bee works closely with corporate entities ranging from starts ups to multinational corporations, financial organizations, medical institutions and nonprofit agencies on non-immigrant and immigrant visa processing for their workforce.  These include non-immigrant petitions such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3 E-1, E-2 and J-1 petitions, and immigrant visa matters such as PERM labor certifications, Multinational Manager, and Extraordinary Ability petitions. Bee provides guidance for corporate clients on immigration compliance and USCIS, CBP, DOL and DOS enforcement trends, and helps develop and implement corporate immigration policies to address immigration needs and issues on an ongoing basis.

Bee also handles citizenship applications, re-entry permits and humanitarian based cases.

Bee routinely helps clients with complex immigration histories, assessing the optimal solution based on their prior situation and future needs.

In addition to her private practice, Bee also previously served as an adjunct professor at Boston College Law School, where she taught the Business Immigration Law seminar. She is also a speaker and author for American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).
